Powerful, efficient and with a well thought-out design, this flexible sanding machine offers the option of sanding first and cleaning and polishing later thanks to different variants.

Robustly manufactured and equipped with a durable, powerful 1,200-watt motor, the ESM 406 scores with its comfortable ergonomics thanks to its height adjustability and practical large wheels. Occupational safety is taken into account with a safety switch that prevents the machine from starting unintentionally.

Easy handling

The ergonomically adjustable handle allows length adjustments to suit the body height of the operator. That helps ensure a healthy work posture and comfortable handling. Abrasion pressure can be easily increased as needed by attaching the optionally available add-on weight.

Grinding, polishing or cleaning with MENZER single disc machines

The ESM 406 can be converted from a grinding machine to a cleaning machine and vice versa in just a few steps. Simply mount the appropriate extension kit that is needed at the moment and off you go. You can effortlessly process different types of concrete, grind off adhesive residues, filler or even paint residues or use the single-disc machine for cleaning or for applying oils. A corresponding range of accessories provides you with everything you need.
