Highlights
Innovative EC motor technology
The powerful brushless EC motor in conjunction with the multi-hole backing pad ensures superior abrasion rate. The brushless EC motor also makes the machine much quieter than traditional sanding tools. The compact sander is also significantly lower maintenance, as there are no carbon brushes to replace.
Easy and intuitive operation
The combination of a user-friendly operating panel and digital display with the smooth-operation function lever ensures comfortable activation and deactivation of the tool with excellent control and monitoring options. The low weight of just 1.2 kg, the ergonomic design and the well-balanced centre of gravity of the device allow for fatigue-free work conditions.
Lower dust emissions
The multi-hole backing pad comes with an innovative system of a total of 51 extraction holes. In conjunction with an industrial extraction unit, the sanding dust produced can therefore be removed reliably and effectively. Best result in terms of virtually dust-free sanding are achieved when using MENZER Ultranet®, the innovative high-performance sanding mesh for highest quality requirements.

Handlich, vibrationsarm und perfekt aufgeräumt
Der 5 mm Hub auf dem 125er Teller schiebt ordentlich Material weg. Liegt extrem flach in der Hand und der Koffer schließt nahtlos an die Koppel-Systeme an. Top.

Handlich, stark und top im Koffer verstaut
Der 125er mit 5 mm Hub ist extrem wendig und nimmt richtig was weg. Der Systainer passt perfekt ins Koffersystem im Bus. Passt.

Perfekt ausbalanciert für Vertikal-Arbeiten
Habe vorher meistens mit 150er Tellern gearbeitet, aber für vertikale Flächen, Türen oder enge Stellen ist der ETS 125 einfach viel handlicher und wiegt gefühlt nix. Die Antistatik-Muffe am Absaugstutzen hält mein Saugschlauch bombenfest. Einzige Kleinigkeit: Im Koffer ist neben dem Gerät und Kabel nicht mehr allzu viel Platz für größere Schleifpapier-Vorratsboxen, da muss man die Scheiben bisl reinquetschen. Für die Maschine selbst aber eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

Perfekte Ordnung im Systainer und absolut staubfreies Arbeiten
Dass der Schleifer direkt im modernen Systainer geliefert wird, war für mich kaufentscheidend. Er lässt sich perfekt mit meinen anderen Systemkoffern koppeln und sicher im Werkstattregal verstauen. Das Gerät selbst glänzt in Sachen Sauberkeit: Angeschlossen an einen Werkstattsauger wird der Staub durch den Multiloch-Teller so effizient weggesaugt, dass man praktisch maskenfrei arbeiten könnte. Das Schleifpapier setzt sich nicht zu und die Standzeit der Scheiben erhöht sich spürbar. Spitzenklasse!

Enorme Zeitersparnis beim Grob- und Zwischenschliff
In unserem Malerbetrieb zählt auf der Baustelle jede Minute. Der ETS 125 5.0 ist bei uns das Standardgerät für den schnellen Zwischenschliff von Holzelementen, Zargen und Paneelen. Er ist kompakt, leicht und frisst sich mühelos durch unebene Oberflächen. Die Vibrationswerte sind trotz des großen Hubs überraschend niedrig, sodass die Jungs problemlos länger damit arbeiten können. Ein absolut wirtschaftliches Profi-Werkzeug.
