Innovative EC motor technology

The powerful brushless EC motor in conjunction with the multi-hole backing pad ensures superior abrasion rate. The brushless EC motor also makes the machine much quieter than traditional sanding tools. The compact sander is also significantly lower maintenance, as there are no carbon brushes to replace.

unkompliziertes set für die baustelle

hab mir die kombi für den innenausbau geholt. der sauger rollt super über kabel und schwellen, der behälter hält gefühlt ewig. tellerwechsel am exzenter geht schnell und ohne gefrickel. bin sehr zufrieden mit dem kauf.

Solide Kombi für schnelles Arbeiten

Der 5,0er Hub zieht ordentlich was runter und der Sauger schluckt den Schleifstaub ohne Mucken weg. Die Einschaltautomatik klappt perfekt. Passt einfach.

Saugleistung & Abtrag passen perfekt zusammen

Hab mir die Kombi für Aufarbeitung von alten Massivholztischen und Türen geholt. Der ETS 150 baut super flach auf und lässt sich präzise führen. Die Einschaltautomatik am VCM 530 reagiert sofort, sobald man den Schleifer ansetzt. Das Klopfen vom Filter beim Sauger ist zwar gewöhnungsbedürftig laut, aber dafür lässt die Saugkraft auch nach Stunden nicht nach.

op Set für Holz & Spachtel – Antistatik zahlt sich aus

Wir nutzen die Kombi primär zum Schleifen von Massivholzplatten und verspachtelten Flächen im Innenausbau. Der bürstenlose Motor vom ETS zieht ordentlich durch und geht selbst bei Druck net in die Knie. Richtig gut ist der Antistatik-Schlauch vom Sauger: bei meinem alten Gerät hab ich ständig eine gewischt gekriegt, das ist hier komplett Geschichte. Die Tasten für die Drehzahlverstellung am Schleifer sind mit dicken Arbeitshandschuhen manchmal bisl schwer zu treffen. Das Schliffbild ist aber makellos!

Dauerläufer ohne Saugkraftverlust – die Filterreinigung hält, was sie verspricht

Wer schon mal feinen Schleifstaub gesaugt hat, weiß, wie schnell herkömmliche Sauger dichtmachen. Nicht so dieses Kraftpaket von MENZER. Die automatische Filterabreinigung des 530 PRO klopft den Filter im laufenden Betrieb präzise frei. Man spürt am Schleifteller nicht eine Sekunde lang einen Leistungsabfall. Weil der Staub immer sofort weggezogen wird, setzt sich auch das Schleifpapier auf dem ETS nicht zu. Die Standzeiten der Schleifscheiben haben sich bei mir dadurch fast verdoppelt. Absolute Profi-Klasse!

Ich habe das Produkt jetzt seit einiger Zeit im täglichen Einsatz und bin restlos begeistert. Die Qualität stimmt, die Handhabung ist super unkompliziert und es hält genau das, was versprochen wird.
