The patented filter cleaning system with sensor-controlled electronics ensures uninterrupted, consistently high suction power and protects with a tested filtration efficiency of 99.9 % for almost complete removal of fine dust. High suction power

MENZER PRO safety vacuum cleaners were developed specifically for vacuuming directly at the power tool during grinding, milling, drilling and sawing work. The compact high-performance turbine ensures the necessary vacuum and performance. This professional vacuum cleaner therefore meets the highest demands on construction sites and in craft workshops.

Sophisticated filing system

Durchdachtes Kraftpaket für Vielschleifer

Wer im Akkord Wände und Decken macht, liegt hier absolut richtig. Kein Leistungsverlust an der Schleifgiraffe und die M-Klasse Zertifizierung hält die Gesundheit geschützt. Der Sauger hat durch das 50l-Volumen natürlich sein Eigengewicht beim Einladen in den Transporter, rollt dafür auf der Baustelle aber wie auf Schienen über Schutt und Kabel. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Baugutachten bestanden & Staubklasse M eingehalten

Wir nutzen das Set jetzt seit 3 Wochen täglich im Trockenbau. Der Direktantrieb am Kopf vom LHS 225 PRO zieht ohne Leistungsverlust durch und der Sauger schaltet sich über die Steckdose perfekt synchron dazu. Der Filter klopft sich zuverlässig frei, sodass die Saugkraft auch bei feinstem Gipsspachtel nie einbricht. Warum nur 4 Sterne? Die Volumenstromüberwachung vom Sauger piept ab und zu mal wenn man den langen Schlauch beim Decken schleifen etwas ungünstig einknickt. Nervt kurz, aber Sicherheit geht vor. Alles in allem top Werkzeug!

Echte Profi-Qualität für die gewerbliche Nutzung

Als Malerbetrieb achten wir extrem auf Standzeiten und Wartungsaufwand. Der LHS 225 PRO punktet hier auf ganzer Linie: Durch den Direktantrieb am Schleifkopf gibt es keine anfällige flexible Welle, die reißen kann – das spart Ausfallzeiten auf der Baustelle. Genauso begeistert sind wir vom VCM 530 PRO. Mit dem riesigen Behältervolumen müssen die Jungs nicht ständig zum Ausleeren laufen, was den Arbeitsfluss enorm beschleunigt. Die Investition hat sich bei uns schon nach den ersten Großprojekten komplett amortisiert.

Leicht, handlich und extrem effektiv

Wer viel arbeitet, weiß: Das Gewicht ist entscheidend. Dieses Gerät ist erstaunlich leicht und dabei sehr handlich, was das Arbeiten auch über längere Zeit angenehm macht. Dazu kommt eine beeindruckende Power, die das Schleifen schnell und sauber erledigt. Nach einem Jahr im Einsatz kann ich sagen: Beste Investition für meine Werkstatt.

Über ein Jahr im Einsatz – steht Top-Marken in nichts nach!

Nach über einem Jahr Dauernutzung kann ich sagen: Diese Maschine ist jeden Cent wert. Die Qualität ist hervorragend und braucht den Vergleich mit teuren Profi-Marken nicht zu scheuen. Besonders positiv fallen das geringe Gewicht und die saubere Arbeitsweise (kaum Staubentwicklung) auf. Trotz der Leichtigkeit ist sie extrem kraftvoll und lief bisher absolut störungsfrei. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Gutes Gerät

Der Langhalsschleifer ermöglicht ein gutes Arbeiten, auch wenn er im Vergleich zu Geräten wie denen von Festool etwas schwerer ausfällt. Der angeschlossene Staubsauger überzeugt mit hervorragender Leistung – der Schleifstaub wird zuverlässig aufgenommen, ohne sichtbare Rückstände. Ein Kritikpunkt bleibt die Schlauchverbindung: Der Schlauch wird lediglich lose in den Schleifer gesteckt und könnte sicherer fixiert sein.
