Here you will find an overview of all payment options available when ordering from the MENZER online shop.
Payment by bank transfer
You place your order and then transfer the invoice amount to us. We will ship your order as soon as the payment has been received and the ordered goods are available.
You place an order in our shop and transfer the invoice amount to the account listed below, quoting your order number. As soon as the amount has been credited to our account and the goods are available for delivery, we will ship the ordered products to you.

Please note that bank transfers (including online transfers) take 1–3 business days, plus an additional 1 business day for internal processing. Therefore, we advise against using prepayment for urgent orders!
Payment via PayPal
This payment option is processed through the PayPal website, is secure, and can be completed in just a few clicks. An active PayPal account is required. Available items will be shipped immediately after payment is processed.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay for your purchases easily and quickly. First, open a PayPal account and link it to your bank account or credit card.
Paying with PayPal at MENZER is easy:
Before finalizing your order at MENZER, you will be prompted by PayPal in a separate window to initiate the payment. As soon as PayPal notifies us of the payment and your ordered goods are available, we will ship them to you immediately.
Please note that if you cancel a purchase made via PayPal, any payments made to us will be credited back to your PayPal account. From there, you can transfer the funds to your bank account. Further information about PayPal can be found at www.paypal.de

Payment with Klarna:
Together with Klarna, we offer you a completely new shopping experience. Simply select one of Klarna's payment options at checkout and decide whether you want to pay for your purchase immediately, later, or in installments. In short: Shopping as it should be. Flexible, secure, and easy. Payment via Klarna enables the immediate delivery of available items. You can choose between the following payment methods:
Instant Bank Transfer:
Klarna Instant Bank Transfer is an easy-to-use direct transfer method with the high security standards of online banking and TÜV-certified data protection. It requires neither customer registration nor topping up intermediate accounts or transmitting credit card details. Via the secure Klarna payment form, which is inaccessible to merchants, Klarna automatically initiates a transfer from your online banking account in real time. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the merchant's bank account. This allows the goods to be shipped immediately.
Requirements:
- An online-enabled bank account in Germany
- Your account number
- Your bank details
- The PIN (Personal Identification Number) of your online banking account
- A TAN (Transaction Authentication Number) of your online banking account
- Possibly other data from your online banking system
The process:
- Select Klarna as your payment option.
- In the secure payment form, add your bank code and account number to the order details you have already entered.
- Confirm the transfer using your PIN and TAN. This data is never stored.
Please note that some banks block payments via Klarna. In these cases, our other payment methods are available. To check if Klarna works with your account, please click here.

2. Payment by Credit Card
When paying by credit card (MasterCard/Visa), we will ship your order as soon as the items are available. The invoice amount will only be charged to your credit card account shortly before delivery.
Enter your credit card details during the ordering process. After successful card verification, we will ship your order as soon as all ordered items are available. The invoice amount will only be charged to your credit card account shortly before delivery! Should any problems arise with the charge, we will hold the shipment and contact you. Our invoice amount will appear on your monthly credit card statement as usual.
We accept the following credit cards:

- VISA
Deliveries are generally only possible to the cardholder's address. If the delivery address differs, or if address verification is not possible, our customer service will contact you to clarify any necessary formalities..
For security reasons, credit card payments are only accepted for online orders.
