Innovative EC motor technology
The powerful brushless EC motor in conjunction with the multi-hole backing pad ensures superior abrasion rate. The brushless EC motor also makes the machine much quieter than traditional sanding tools. The compact sander is also significantly lower maintenance, as there are no carbon brushes to replace.
Easy and intuitive operation
The combination of a user-friendly operating panel and digital display with the smooth-operation function lever ensures comfortable activation and deactivation of the tool with excellent control and monitoring options. The low weight of just 1.2 kg, the ergonomic design and the well-balanced centre of gravity of the device allow for fatigue-free work conditions.
Lower dust emissions
The multi-hole backing pad comes with an innovative system of a total of 51 extraction holes. In conjunction with an industrial extraction unit, the sanding dust produced can therefore be removed reliably and effectively. Best result in terms of virtually dust-free sanding are achieved when using MENZER Ultranet®, the innovative high-performance sanding mesh for highest quality requirements.

Federleicht, extrem vibrationsarm und perfekt ausbalanciert
Der bürstenlose EC-Motor macht das Gerät unheimlich kompakt und leicht. Der Schleifer liegt extrem tief in der Hand, wodurch man das Gerät absolut präzise steuern kann. Was mich am meisten fasziniert: Selbst nach stundenlangem Feinschliff kribbeln die Hände überhaupt nicht, weil die Vibrationen auf ein Minimum reduziert sind. Der Dosierhebel oben lässt sich traumhaft feinfühlig bedienen. Ergonomisch spielt dieser Exzenter in der absoluten Königsklasse!

Butterweicher Lauf – keine tauben Hände mehr!
Ich habe den Schleifer für ein großes Projekt gekauft, bei dem über 30 Innentüren beidseitig saniert werden mussten. Wer stundenlang schleift, weiß, wie wichtig die Ergonomie ist. Der MENZER läuft so extrem vibrationsarm, dass einem selbst nach einem kompletten Arbeitstag nicht die Hände kribbeln. Die Gewichtsverteilung ist perfekt gelöst, man benötigt kaum Anpressdruck. Ein extrem körperschonendes Arbeiten ist hier garantiert.

Der Schleifer erfüllt sämtliche Erwartungen und funktioniert einwandfrei. Ich bin mit dem Kauf rundum zufrieden und würde mich jederzeit wieder dafür entscheiden.

Bin sehr zufrieden
Mein Mann ist beruflich im Lackierbereich tätig und sehr anspruchsvoll, was Werkzeuge angeht. Er hat bisher mit hochwertigen Geräten von Festool und 3M gearbeitet und ist von diesem Schleifer absolut überzeugt. Er würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Super Exzenterschleifer. Sehr leise und kraftvoll
Ich hab schon viele Pressluftschleifer bei der Arbeit in der Hand gehabt – aber der hier ist elektrisch und echt stark! Vor allem schön leise, das hätte ich nicht gedacht. Wie lange er hält, muss man natürlich abwarten. Aber bisher: echt top – Daumen hoch!
