The compact sander with replaceable head system and integrated extraction unit

The MENZER TSW 225 AV drywall sander is ideal for sanding surfaces as well as corners and edges thanks to its interchangeable head system. The powerful motor ensures maximum work progress. Thanks to its compact design, it is also ideal for use on scaffolding and ladders as well as in confined spaces. Thanks to the integrated dust extraction system, sanding dust is effectively extracted.

Interchangeable head system

The MENZER TSW 225 AV is equipped with two sanding heads that are easy to change. The round sanding disc is suitable for processing large surfaces. Thanks to its eccentric movement, corners and edges can be sanded easily with the triangular sanding head.

Superior removal rate

Thanks to the extremely powerful motor, the device always has sufficient power reserves. In addition, higher speeds and therefore a higher sanding removal rate can be realised. Sanding work can therefore be completed faster than with conventional drywall sanders.

Lower dust emissions

The sanding dust is effectively and thoroughly extracted by the protective bonnet, which is enclosed in a dense brush ring. The best results are achieved with MENZER Ultranet®, the innovative, virtually dust-free high-performance sanding mesh for the highest demands.

Das System mit dem Wechselkopf ist genial

Mein Highlight bei diesem Gerät ist ganz klar der mitgelieferte Dreieckskopf. Jeder, der Räume renoviert, weiß, wie nervig und zeitaufwendig das Nachschleifen der Ecken von Hand ist. Mit dem Tauschkopf kommt man perfekt bis in den letzten Winkel. Das Gerät hat ordentlich Power und spart mir bei der Arbeit enorm viel Zeit. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Gute Hilfe um Wände zu glätten

Der Trockenbauschleifer hat mich insgesamt voll überzeugt. Die rund 300 m² Wand- und Deckenflächen ließen sich mit dem Gerät zügig und effizient bearbeiten. In Kombination mit Gewebeschleifscheiben verlief die Arbeit zudem nahezu staubfrei. Auch der Wechsel zum Dreiecksschleifer funktionierte problemlos, sodass selbst Ecken ohne großen Aufwand geschliffen werden konnten. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Schlauchverbindungen zum Staubsack lassen sich nur schwer trennen. Hier wäre ein Schraub- oder Bajonettverschluss deutlich praktischer gewesen.
