Thanks to the extremely powerful 1,010 watt motor, the device always has high power reserves. In addition, higher speeds and therefore a higher sanding removal rate can be realised. Sanding work can therefore be completed faster than with conventional drywall sanders.

The patented filter cleaning system with sensor-controlled electronics ensures uninterrupted, consistently high suction power and protects with a tested filtration efficiency of 99.9 % for almost complete removal of fine dust. The filter service life of over 180 kg (mineral fine dust) is unrivalled.
High suction power
MENZER PRO safety vacuum cleaners were developed specifically for vacuuming directly at the power tool during grinding, milling, drilling and sawing work. The compact high-performance turbine ensures the necessary vacuum and performance. This professional vacuum cleaner therefore meets the highest demands on construction sites and in craft workshops.
Sophisticated filing system
Tools can be safely stored on the rubberised surfaces of the vacuum cleaner or secured to the lashing eyes with lashing straps. The crevice nozzle and other accessories can be stored on the side of the device, where they are always within easy reach.

Dauerhafte Saugkraft ohne Unterbrechung – Das Klopfen gehört dazu
Wer Trockenbaustaub schleift, weiß, wie schnell normale Filter kapitulieren. Der VCM 530 PRO zieht dank der automatischen Filterabreinigung einfach gnadenlos durch. Die Saugkraft bleibt konstant auf maximalem Niveau, selbst wenn der Beutel schon gut gefüllt ist. Der TBS 225 PRO gleitet dadurch fast wie von selbst an der Wand entlang. Einen kleinen Punktabzug gibt es, weil das automatische "Klopfen" der Filterabreinigung in kleineren Räumen auf Dauer recht laut ist. Das zeigt zwar, dass das System arbeitet, aber man sollte definitiv mit Gehörschutz arbeiten. Insgesamt ein Profi-Set, das den Arbeitsalltag extrem beschleunigt.

Perfekt ausbalanciert – extrem gelenkschonend
Obwohl der Motor direkt am Schleifkopf sitzt, ist das Gerät genial ausbalanciert und fühlt sich überraschend leicht an. Man hat eine viel bessere Kontrolle über den Anpressdruck als bei Geräten mit schwerer Welle. Gekoppelt mit dem flexiblen Saugschlauch des VCM 530 kann man stundenlang ermüdungsfrei Wände und Decken bearbeiten. Die Gelenke danken es einem am Feierabend. Die Ergonomie ist absolut meisterhaft gelöst.
