Environmental lump sum:
Sustainability is our goal
MENZER GmbH has decided to charge an environmental lump sum of EUR 1.25 for each order from 01 January 2023.
Why have we decided to do this?
Sustainability and environmental protection are key concerns for us within our logistics chains, from purchasing to shipping to returns. The professional and environmentally friendly disposal of old appliances and packaging is also an integral part of our business philosophy. However, this is also accompanied by steadily rising additional costs - in particular CO2 levies, sharply increased logistics costs, environmental certificates and disposal charges within the recycling process.
Together, we would like to continue on a sustainable and environmentally conscious path in the future, actively involving our dealers, partners and customers in the form of the environmental flat rate.
