The MENZER repair service
Our power tools meet the highest quality standards. Should repairs be necessary, you can rely on our 2-year manufacturer's warranty. But even after the warranty period has expired, we offer you professional repairs of your MENZER tools at favourable conditions.
The online repair order
We offer you two options:
- Free repair under warranty (see warranty conditions)
- Preparation of a cost estimate for €9.90 (including VAT).
This amount will be offset against the repair costs in the event of a repair. Subsequent repair, environmentally friendly disposal or return shipment of the dismantled machine after your approval.
Here's how it works:
- First fill out the repair order online, send it and print it out for subsequent dispatch.
- We will then send you a return label by email for free shipping of the machine you are returning, or we will contact you to arrange a free pick-up appointment.
- Sign the printed repair order and enclose it with the machine, together with a copy of the proof of purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
- Pack the machine securely for transport. Attach the return label and send it, or prepare the goods for collection.
