Service Cost estimate

Our power tools meet the highest quality standards. However, should repairs ever be necessary, you can rely on our 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Even after the warranty period has expired, we offer professional repairs for your MENZER tools at favourable conditions.

Scope of services

In the event of a repair, you can request a cost estimate from us for £9.90 (including VAT). This includes free shipping or collection of your power tool. After you have completed the online order form, we will send you a return label or arrange a collection date with you through a logistics partner. Once we have received the device, we will prepare a cost estimate for the repair within approximately 3–5 working days. You will receive this by email. You then have 2 weeks to decide on one of the following options, which you can order separately by email:

• Repair according to cost estimate: The fee for preparing the cost estimate will be offset against the invoice price.
• Free, environmentally friendly disposal of the device.
• Charged return shipment of the dismantled, unrepaired device: Depending on whether it is a freight or parcel shipment and to which country it is to be shipped, the shipping fee is:
