MENZER abrasives for random orbital sanders
The MENZER abrasive lines are characterised by their long service life and high abrasion rate: Sanding discs made of aluminium oxide (Red) can be used universally, from coarse cutting, to intermediate scuffing and precision grinding.
Sanding discs for random orbital sanders with MENZER CoolTec coating (White and Platinum) have a proven track record in interior work and renovations. Due to their stearate coating, both lines are extremely well suited for sanding thermoplastic materials such as fillers, paints and varnishes. The innovative coating is very effective at preventing the clogging of the sanding discs.

For sanding with particularly low dust levels, MENZER developed innovative high performance abrasives. The MENZER Ultranet® sanding mesh for random orbital sanders are characterised by an extremely open mesh structure. The Ultrapad sanding discs impress with their multi-hole perforation. In both cases, the sanding dust is removed in an optimal fashion, preventing the clogging of the sanding disc.
Silicon carbide abrasives (Black) for random orbital sanders are optimally suited for sanding mineral-based substrates such as concrete, plaster and stone. The resilient grit impresses with its exceptionally sharp edges.
